Description: Treetops in autumn in Herington Kansas is a place full of beautiful scenery and equally beautiful wildlife. Kansas is chalked full of great memories and amazing stories. I’ve experienced Kansas at its best and at its worst and I wouldn’t change a thing about it. I always find something new when I’m walking around, a new flower or even a new bug. Kansas is always changing but still the same even after harsh times. Kansas is one of those places that retains its beauty year round whether covered in snow or during ninety degree weather. What Kansas means to me is hard to put into words. Kansas is like a best friend to me, it’s my home and a place that I cherish for all of the memories I’ve had here. To me, Kansas means to me the same way my friends and family do. I would never have had all of these great experiences if not for Kansas. Our state is like a part of my family, it’s always been here for me no matter the time of year or what’s happening around it. For me, Kansas means family and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
